I so thank you for mentioning that you drink a gallon of water a day. I
hope that the women listening to this video would take heed. It is the best
gift that any woman could give to herself. For me to drink a gallon of
water nowadays is easy. I completely cut out sodas, ten years ago. I am
encouraging someone out there to take the challenge to drink a gallon of
water a day as part of your lifestyle. From the top of my head these are
some benefits from drinking a gallon of water a day. Typically six to eight
ounces glasses a day is recommended. But, double that amount and your will
have your gallon or you could drink two 44 oz cups of water. Drinking water
and staying hydrated will increase skin health, healthy circulation, firmer
and elastic skin. Toxin are flush out of your body, digestion runs
smoothly, little to no bloating, greater endurance in the gym. If you are
working out more than 2 hours a day you need to drink a gallon of water a
    day.
Perhaps, take the 30 days gallon of water challenge.

Heads up to the young women and ladies! The vagina is self cleansing and
actually does NOT need any product at all! Water is ALL you need. If you
want to “feel” cleaner a finger up the canal is sufficient. Please, the
vagina has its own natural odor and should NOT smell like roses, fruit,
etc. Douches, sprays, etc. are also not good for the vagina. In fact, I’m
going to keep it real simple there should be NO product use near or in your
vagina unless a doctor recommends you use something and in that, THEY will
prescribe you something. If you want a healthy and happy vagina, water and
natural fabrics are your best option! As for shaving. ALWAYS loosen the
hair first. A hot rag against the skin is the best option. It is also
better to TRIM before shaving as it causes less strain on the hair shaft
which equals less in grown hairs. To minimize razor bumps/ingrown hairs,
use a homemade sugar scrub! Tis all :-)

+Shan Brooks Mainly a bit of sugar and olive oil. Exfoliation helps for me.

+Alicia Monét if you use sugar you can get yeast infection

the vagina no! I don’t see anything wrong with cleaning your labia if you
      want to!

I agree scented products combined with the natural odors of the vagina is
what creates a fishy smell so please please please ladies stop using
scented products on the vagina because they do not help it makes it worse
and could create infection as well

My mom never spoke to me about this subject but I have a 19 to daughter n I
always have been straight up n how to take care of yourself, hygienically
as well as sexually. She has never had problem with either,so at ease that
she has even shown anything she is concerned about. Me and my boys have the
same open relationship. I love that my kids can trust me and feel so
comfortable with me.I feel like I can be the best mom I can with them.??

How do I ask my mom for his kind of stuff( I’m kind of shy about this
    stuff.)

    • Whitney Hedgepeth | | Reply

+Chantal Walters Maybe just write some questions down and tell your mom you
are nervous about talking about this, and hopefully that will work.
